Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your trust and support of GRM Networks as we continue to navigate together the uncharted territory brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. All of us are trying to understand and cope as we journey through this crisis, enduring new challenges as our communities are continually tested.
From our corner of the world, GRM Networks continues our steadfast efforts to do our part to prevent the spread of this disease. Our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our customers and our employees. This is why GRM Networks is extending our lobby closures through May 18. We apologize for any inconveniences you may experience due to the changes in our operation, but your safety, and that of our employees, is paramount.
Our Commitment to You
Providing you with the best possible service during this uncertain time has been, and is, our goal. To ensure the continued safety of all, we will maintain our amended business procedures as outlined here. We will continue to evaluate our procedures based on recommendations from national and local health authorities and using good common sense.
We appreciate your confidence in us and know you depend on us to stay connected to what matters most. To assist with your connection needs, GRM Networks continues to offer free wireless Internet available through GRM Networks’ business offices and the 48 central office buildings located throughout our service territories. For a limited time, GRM Networks is also waiving the $100 Internet install fee.
We’re Here When You Need Us
We are committed to providing the service you know and trust. As we all work together to ensure the continued health and well-being of our communities, please know we are here for you, ready to answer your call when you need us the most.
While we each await our community’s return to normalcy, please continue your vigilant efforts to remain healthy and safe as well as care for your family and community. Whatever your role – grandparent, parent, child, sibling, cousin, aunt, uncle, friend or acquaintance — someone needs you. We will get through this together with faith and prayer.
We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you soon!
