Dear GRM Networks Customer,

This Valentine’s Day we celebrate you — the heart of our business. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!

This month I want to focus on a new program from the Federal Communications Commission that is of benefit to some of our customers. The Affordable Connectivity Program or ACP will replace the current Emergency Broadband Program (EBBP) that was introduced last year. The ACP will help lower the cost of Internet for those households who qualify.

Customers who are currently enrolled in the EBBP will be contacted by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) if more information is needed to continue participation. Customers currently receiving the Lifeline benefit for Internet service automatically qualify for the ACP and should contact their local business office to complete registration.

Read more about the program, including how to enroll, in the article “FCC Launches New Affordable Connectivity Program”, found in this newsletter.

I urge you to look into this benefit if you think you might qualify.
