This point was highlighted at our recent Fiber Field Day, an event that brought together policy makers and industry partners to witness firsthand the importance of broadband in rural America and its role in breaking down the digital divide.

The event allowed attendees to see a working demonstration of fiber deployment in rural America, as well as participate in a town hall meeting.  Attendees were provided the opportunity to discuss and address the importance of high-speed internet and its impact on telehealth, distance learning, economic development and precision agriculture.

Events like Fiber Field Day help us illustrate to our elected officials and other stakeholders the importance of connectivity in rural America. This plays a crucial role in helping us secure funding to provide the best and most reliable networks for generations to come.
