About Us


The GRM Networks Board of Directors recently authorized the return of approximately $2,000,000 in patronage capital credits. This total reflects approximately $1,800,000 paid to members who had service in 1997 and approximately $200,000 paid to members who had service in 2018. In 2019, GRM Networks also returned $1,919,684 to the estates of deceased members. Together, a GRAND TOTAL of over $3.9 million was paid back to members or their estates in 2019!

The December 2019 check distribution marks the 31st consecutive year GRM Networks has paid capital credits to the member owners. Since 1989, members of the cooperative have received $50,597,803 in patronage capital credits.

GRM Networks promotes the local economy by providing jobs, investing in the communities served, and paying local taxes. GRM Networks provides scholarship programs and learning opportunities for area youth, distributes grants to local organizations and participates in numerous community events through sponsorships.  GRM Networks is pleased to call north central Missouri and south central Iowa HOME!
