Lifeline Program Information

You may be eligible for assistance with your phone or internet bill through the federal Lifeline program. The Lifeline Support website has information on how to apply for Lifeline and how to qualify for Lifeline. You can also watch videos on how to apply online, how to apply by mail, and how to apply with a phone or internet company.

Missouri residents that qualify for the federal Lifeline program automatically qualify for the state program and receive an additional discount. If you are a Missouri resident and do not qualify for the federal Lifeline program, you may qualify for the state Disabled Program. The Missouri Public Service Commission website has more information on the discount programs offered by the State of Missouri.
