As a result of recent health concerns, GRM Networks is taking measures to ensure we can continue to provide our customers with the best quality service, while protecting the health of our employees and the general public. Our focus is on the well-being of our team and our customers. Below is a summary of the steps we’re taking to ensure the safety of customers and employees: 

Closing lobbies
Our lobbies will be closed effective Friday, March 20, 2020 until at least Monday, April 13. Rest assured we are still here to help and will continue to deliver the communications services you need. 

Eliminating fees
We are eliminating our $100 Internet installation fee for the next 60 days to facilitate delivery of service to everyone that needs it.

Providing free Wi-Fi
For those who do not have access to the Internet, we are working to enable free public Wi-Fi based out of our business offices and 48 central office buildings across our territory. 

Offering customer service help over the phone
Our friendly customer service representatives (CSRs) and help desk associates will be happy to assist you by phone. The 24/7 tech support line is 800-721-2577.  During business hours, our CSRs can answer questions, receive trouble reports, and take credit card payments by phone or via our eBill online payment system. Now would be the perfect time to use our online billing service with automatic bill pay.  To enroll, call your local business office.  We also take payments by mail and have a dropbox outside each office.  You can reach the offices at the following numbers:

Using precaution when scheduling appointments
Before a technician is dispatched to your location, our CSRs will ask you some questions to determine if anyone at your home or business is sick with any illness that can be spread person-to-person. The technician will then ask those questions again before they enter the location.  If needed, there are many things we can do to repair service that does not involve entering the location. Our technicians will continue to do installations and on-site repairs at healthy locations.  We have coached our team to be aware of signs of illness.  It is at the discretion of the technician whether they will enter a home or business location.

Increasing cleaning efforts
Our employees are taking precautions to clean their hands and equipment between service calls. We are also sanitizing work stations and common areas in our offices daily.

 

GRM Networks’ Internet service does not have data caps.  This helps you continue working, learning and living in these uncertain times.
